Auntie Flossie Went To Market is a memory game that can be played by two or more people. The first person in the game says “Auntie Flossie went to market and bought some…” then lists an item you can buy from the shops. The next person must then also repeat this line and include both the item mentioned by the last person, and add an item of their own. The game keeps moving onto the next person, each person listing all the previous items and adding a new item as well.

The person who forgets the shopping list or gets it wrong is out. When only one player is left remaining, the game is over and can be started again.

So for example:

Person 1: “Auntie Flossie went to market and bought some grapes”.

Person 2: “Auntie Flossie went to market and bought some grapes and a Playstation 2”.
